Cultivating a Meaningful Life

13 May 2024 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

£10.00

Canterbury group event

We are delighted and honoured to be able to welcome a senior Bhutanese monk, Khenpo Kinzang Yeshey, who will be visiting the UK in May. He will be accompanied by Emma Slade (Lopen Pema Deki) who is known to many of you and is a popular and inspirational teacher. The conversation will be guided by Emma and there will be a chance for questions and discussion, and we will gain insights into ways to create a meaningful life.
Khenpo (meaning great teacher) Kinzang Yeshey is the Vice President of the Institute of Advanced Vajrayana at the esteemed Buddhist monastery and university in Bhutan.
He has completed his nine years philosophical studies and exams and also a three-year retreat. He has then been a Buddhist teacher for 9 years and now specialises in teaching tantric texts from the Indian master Naropa. He is fluent in English and very approachable.

Cost is £10.00 in advance and £12.00 on the door. (we will give a donation to a Bhutanese charity from this fee)
