We will be discussing a variety of different topics relevant to the current situation but it is especially helpful at times like this to link up with other like minded people.

Secrets of Good Health

In this meeting Agnes Schmitz, a cranio sacral therapist, and Cora Kemball-Cook, a yoga teacher, will initiate the discussion by outlining some of the main methods for maintaining good health that they have found helpful for themselves and their clients.

It can sometimes be overwhelming to hear about all the things we supposedly need to do to stay healthy. Sometimes we do everything right and still suffer illness or don’t regain health as fast as we would like. How do we know what is right for our body?

I believe that at this meeting we will learn from each other and share our ideas and experiences in order to find ways that will work for us and our lifestyles.

We’ll examine what does good health mean? What are the key findings that have emerged from recent health research? Of course, we will also touch on ways to boost our immune system.

We will finish with a meditation to strengthen the body.
