Lockdown conversations on Zoom

5:00 PM – 6.00 PM GMT Every Friday afternoon until the end of March.

This is a friendly group of people who have similar interests in consciousness, healing, meditation personal growth and spirituality; we get together once a week for an informal conversation on a variety of topics. Conversations are facilitated by Cora Kemball-Cook who has experience running groups for the last 40 years with many different participants and as a yoga teacher is fascinated with anything to do with the body, mind and spirit. She has found that these conversations can give us insight and understanding into ourselves and others. Meeting regularly allows for deeper connections and conversations especially during this time when our normal social interactions are limited.
