Local Group: Milton Keynes

CONTACT DETAILS

Our group in Milton Keynes is run by Dawn Griffith. We offer a friendly and welcoming space to slow down, share openly, and explore life's deeper questions. It's a place to connect with others, have meaningful conversations, and take time out from the overwhelm of everyday life.
Dawn Griffith is an Alternative Therapist and workshop facilitator. Drawing on both professional training and personal experience, she brings a grounded and compassionate approach to supporting others. Her work centres around the power of language, belief, and emotional well-being, helping people gain clarity and reconnect with what truly matters to them. When she's not working with clients or hosting workshops, Dawn enjoys writing, spending time with family and friends, and exploring life's many questions with curiosity and openness.

Where do I belong? Explore Belonging, Community & Connection

Are you searching for your tribe? Wondering what truly gives you a sense of belonging?

Join us for this month’s group, designed for anyone curious about belonging, community, and what it means to feel part of something bigger. Whether you’ve moved, started a new job, or experienced changes in your family, finding your place can sometimes feel challenging – and it can even feel that way in the day-to-day, without any major changes.

• What helps us feel we belong to a community in those moments?
• What does it feel like when we don’t belong?
• What steps can we take when we feel left out or excluded?

Come along to share, listen to others, and reflect on how belonging shapes our lives. We’ll explore whether it’s possible to have more than one ‘tribe’ and how different communities provide meaning and support.

Event Details:
• Date: Tuesday 19th May
• Time: 19:00 – 20:30
• Cost: £7 (including refreshments)
• Location: MK15
Everyone is welcome to discover a supportive, inspiring community. Feel free to invite friends—everyone’s journey matters.
