ConsciousCafe Basingstoke is run by Karen Blakeley and meets on the fourth Sunday of the month from 10:30 – 12:00.
In a small, friendly group, we practise a short meditation, offer thoughtful discussion and share different readings helping you to pause, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Our discussion topics explore how to cultivate a life of peace, contentment, and meaning. Topics have included how to cultivate joy and gratitude, living with hope and how to respond to negativity in the world. No prior meditation experience is required. We welcome everyone from all faiths and none.
All sessions are followed by refreshments where you can chat and get to know people in a relaxed atmosphere.
Meetings are held at: Riverside House, Wildmoor, Sherfield on Loddon, Hook. RG270HE

Sunday, January 25 | 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Our regular Stillness on Sunday events offer a calm, structured morning to step back, reset, and reflect. In a small, friendly group, we practise a short meditation, offer thoughtful discussion, and share different readings relevant to the theme we are exploring.
This month we will be discussing what brings us joy. You are invited to bring along anything that evokes joy in you – a photo, a precious object, a song, an item of clothing – anything that your imagination conjures up.
The group is small and very welcoming. We are varied in age and beliefs - just real people sharing wisdom, experiences and inspiration.
All sessions are followed by refreshments where you can chat and get to know people in a relaxed atmosphere.
