Sunday, September 27 | 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
ConsciousCafé offers a peaceful space to step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down, and reconnect with what matters most. Each gathering includes a short guided meditation, inspiring readings, and relaxed conversation around a theme that encourages reflection and personal growth.
This month, we will be looking at the theme of change and letting go. As we observe the leaves on the trees falling to the ground, having finished their job for the season, we ask why is it so hard to let go of our ‘leaves’ – the beliefs that no longer serve us. We will be sharing some of the beliefs that we would like to discard and exploring ways of doing this.
Whether you're just beginning to explore these questions or have been on your own journey for many years, you'll be warmly welcomed.
We finish with tea, coffee and refreshments—a chance to continue the conversation and get to know others in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
