We live in a frantic world and peace at the moment seems in short supply. You are invited to join an evening to explore the topic of peace and how we can work towards creating peace within ourselves. Cora will lead the evening with discussion, readings, some breath practices and meditation. You should go away with some useful tools for finding inner peace. Cora has been studying, teaching and practicing yoga and meditation for over 40 years and will share some of the practices she has found most useful.
Cost is £5.00 if paid in advance and £8.00 on the door
