Hampstead and Highgate February Discussion

Dear Friends,

ConsciousCafe is delighted to invite you to the second meeting of your new local ConsciousCafe group in North London which is called Hampstead and Highgate group. We are a new local community for open-hearted, open-minded conversation.

Date: Monday 23 February 2026
Time: 6.30 – 8.30 PM (doors open 6:15 pm)
Venue: Lauderdale House, Waterlow Park, Highgate Hill, London N6 5HG
Admission: £10 includes refreshments

The group will be led by Judy Piatkus and this event will be facilitated by Dave Everett. The topic for discussion will be 'Secrets, Lies and the Awkward Truth'.

ConsciousCafe is a global network of conversation circles and live and online events where curious, thoughtful people come together to explore life’s bigger questions in a welcoming, non-judgmental space. There are no gurus here – just real people sharing wisdom, experiences and inspiration. Whether you’re passionate about personal growth, spirituality, wellbeing, sustainability, or simply enjoy meaningful conversation over a cup of coffee, you’ll feel at home.

What to expect on the night:
- A warm welcome and introductions
- A short, guided opening to set the tone
- Facilitated circle discussion on our chosen topic
- Plenty of time to connect with like-minded souls
- Tea, coffee, and biscuits

ConsciousCafe is run by volunteers so please book ahead on the ConsciousCafe website so that we know how many people to expect and will have enough refreshments for everyone. We are much looking forward to meeting you to begin this new chapter of ConsciousCafe right here in North London. Together we would like to create a supportive community where we can grow, reflect and celebrate conscious living.
