ConsciousCafe is delighted to invite you to bring a friend for free to the July meeting of the Hampstead and Highgate ConsciousCafe group. As it is the holiday period, we thought that would be fun. Just send an email beforehand to judy@consciouscafe.org to let us know the name of the person you are bringing.

Admission: £10 includes refreshments
If you cancel up to 48 hours before the event we will return your payment or give you a credit.

- A warm welcome and introductions
- A short, guided opening to set the tone
- Facilitated circle discussion on our chosen topic
- Plenty of time to connect with like-minded souls
- Tea, coffee, and biscuits

ConsciousCafe is run by volunteers so please book ahead on the ConsciousCafe website so that we know how many people to expect and will have enough refreshments for everyone. Together we are creating a supportive community where we can grow, reflect and celebrate conscious living.
