Keys to understanding Energy

Join us as we look at ways in which we can increase our levels of energy. Why is it that we can feel tired after doing very little and energised by a Yoga session or a run? We can feel drained by some people and re-energised by others. Can we use energy to heal other people? What practical steps can we take to understand how energy works in our bodies?
The session will be led by Cora Kemball-Cook who has been a yoga teacher for over 25 years and Joanna Fiakkas, a qualified yoga teacher and yoga therapist.
